TERMS & CONDITIONS

    MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
  1. I am familiar with and I understand the standards and laws of the community in which I live regarding sexually-oriented media. I represent that, based on my familiarity with these standards and laws of my community, by requesting and receiving any of the adult material on LVPANTY.COM, I will not be violating any of these standards and/or laws. I understand that by accepting the terms of this Agreement, I will hold LVPANTY.COM harmless from any responsibilities related to my requesting, receiving or possessing materials contained on its site.
  2. I will be billed a membership fee in accordance with the designated schedule to gain access to this site for unlimited usage of all services. I understand my credit card or checking account will automatically be billed each month for the current membership fee until I request cancellation of my membership. All sales are final.
  3. I agree that LVPANTY.COM has the right to change all pricing, content and house of service at any time, and to terminate service to any person without cause or prior notice.
  4. I understand and agree that no warranty is made by LVPANTY.COM regarding the LVPANTY.COM service hereby expressly disclaims: (1) any and all warranties as to the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services available through the LVPANTY.COM service; and (2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. I further understand and agree that any liability of LVPANTY.COM, its officers, directors, employees, agents or independent contractors, including without limitation any liability for damages caused or allegedly caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in destruction, alteration, or use of (or unauthorized access to) records, whether for breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence or other tortious behavior, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid to LVPANTY.COM by or on behalf of the claimant for LVPANTY.COM service membership fees for the month in which the claimed injury or damage occurred.
  5. Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of a Subscriber's ID and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, LVPANTY.COM will not release passwords for any reason. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.
  6. Subscribership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform LVPANTY.COM of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until LVPANTY.COM is notified by clicking on the appropriate customer service designation of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. Upon request, Subscribers will be given access to billing records that support charges for use of the Service.
  7. All material displayed on LVPANTY.COM is copyrighted by KWM, INC. and may not be copied, redistributed or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of KWM, INC., unless otherwise clearly stated in this Agreement.
  8. The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited.
  9. Notices from LVPANTY.COM to Subscribers may be given by means of e-mail or by general posting on LVPANTY.COM. Communications from You to the Company may be made by e-mail.
  10. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and LVPANTY.COM regarding the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings, and may only be amended upon notice by LVPANTY.COM to Subscribers. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall survive its terminations. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA
